3. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placement or before the order has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. To cancel, please email support@houseofryven.in with your order number. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Cancellation by House of Ryven: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to inventory shortages, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
