Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy 

1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: All orders are carefully inspected and processed within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Tracking: A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link will be sent to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
  • Shipping Fees: Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

2. Return Policy

We gladly accept returns for items that do not meet your expectations, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Returns must be requested and handed over to the courier within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition of Items: Garments must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all House of Ryven tags securely attached. Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original branded boxes.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, innerwear, swimwear, and customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email our support team at support@houseofryven.in with your Order ID and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will verify your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with shipping instructions.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the provided return label.

4. Refunds Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are initiated immediately and will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Note: On your bank or credit card statement, the refund transaction (as well as the initial purchase charge) will appear under our corporate legal name, DRIFTON.
